AC Shadows Reveals Bizarre Attack on Titan Collaboration for Thanksgiving
In a surprising partnership that defies traditional predictions, Ubisoft has announced an digital partnership between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising Thanksgiving event operates from November 25 through December 22, including complimentary extra story content for Shadows players.
Strange Adventure Disclosed
According to the authorized announcement, "A strange meeting draws protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh adventure, where hints of forbidden practices and terrifying transformations echo through the shadows." The plot presents a "strangely dressed woman named Ada" who charges the pair with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to save her ally from a clandestine group.
The mission centers on "peculiar experiments and a fearsome foe" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.
Recognizable Places and Transformations
The teaser highlights the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This important location was earlier where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The preview concludes with a striking sequence showing a character, probably the hostage, morphing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.

Players who accomplish the quest will receive an exclusive katana in addition to numerous artifacts hidden throughout the area in hidden chests. The update also includes in-store Attack on Titan item packs, featuring:
